Two days before Christmas the snow finally arrived. We went from rainy autumn to cold midwinter in only a couple of days and last night the temperature dropped down to −20 °C so it looks like winter is here to stay – hooray!
Below are some mixed pics from our Christmas here in Nedre Bäck. My sister with family are visiting from Stockholm and my 6-year-old nephew Calle is keeping us busy with games in the snow and floorball in the kitchen. I probably won’t have time to blog until next week so I take the opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season!
Leia going through the new doggy door which keeps snow from entering the “Malamute Inn”.
Hilary and Wilder on the morning of Christmas Eve.
A bit frosty after playing wrestling games in the snow.
On a walk around the village – Fredrik with Hilary and Wilder and Calle on the skiboard.
This is fun!
Hilary checking out the Christmas baking…
….and enjoying getting a belly rub from Calle.
Santa’s Little Helpers trying out the new wind shelter in the play area. In the rear of the shelter is a cosy section filled with straw.
♥ Have a wonderful Christmas everyone ♥
